September 24, 2019.  The Olympia City Council declares Charles Mitchell Day, honoring young Mitchell who escaped from slavery in Olympia to freedom in Victoria, as chronicled in Free Boy, A True Story of Slave and Master.

September 21, 2019.  “Finding Women on Historic Trails” at #CampCon2019, a camping conference on public history at the San Juan Island National Historic Park.   

August 31, 2019:  Talked about the history of West Seattle improvement clubs during Cycle History with the Southwest Seattle Historical Society and West Seattle Bike Connections.
