There are now fourteen Oregon Trail markers in Washington (see comment below), marking 
the Oregon Trail cutoff to Puget Sound. In Washington the Oregon Trail followed the Cowlitz River from Fort Vancouver to Cowlitz Landing, then went overland on a rough wagon road to Olympia. There are markers at Vancouver, Woodland, Kalama, Kelso, Toledo, Mary’s Corner, Centralia, Grand Mound, Tenino, Bush Prairie, Tumwater, and Olympia, the end of the trail on south Puget Sound. The trail marker pocket park in Toledo, maintained by the Daughters of the American Revolution, Sacajawea Chapter, has been restored and was rededicated in 2016.
Your list of Oregon Trail markers left out the two newest markers, installed in 2006 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Ezra Meeker’s cross-country trip (west to east) to commemorate the Trail. These latest markers are located: in downtown Chehalis, on Market Boulevard just below the Timberland Library and City Hall; and at the historic Claquato Church, about 3 miles west of Chehalis, just off Highway 6. Both the Chehalis and Claquato markers were installed as close as possible to where Ezra Meeker planned them, a century ago.
In 1906, many cities and groups along the Trail’s route promised Meeker that they would raise money to install suitable monuments. But very few of those promises were kept. So in 1916, the DAR spearheaded a move to install the remaining markers. However, markers were never installed in Chehalis, Claquato, and Soda Springs, Idaho. However, in 2006, those last three markers were finally erected, thus fulfilling Meeker’s dream.
